When will my order ship?
Please allow us some time to thoughtfully prepare your dream box. Each dream box is prepared one by one for each order — never packed in bulk or filled at random. If you leave preferences, we’ll do our best to match them — we never pack random filler items.
If you did not purchase a scoop video, most orders are packed and shipped to our international shipping partner within 3–7 business days. Once processed by the carrier, your package will be sent to your country.Though timing may vary by a few days depending on each order.
If you order a scoop video, please expect additional time for filming +shipping, your order usually ship within 10 - 20 days. Thank you for your patience.

When will my packing video be posted on TikTok?
Packing videos are posted based on order sequence.
If you purchased a packing video, it is usually posted within 7–20 days after your order.
Because filming and editing each video takes time, please allow us some extra time to prepare and post your video.
