If you would like your scoop to be filmed and posted, please make sure to purchase the Scoop Video add-on separately.

We only complete a limited number of videos at a time because each one is filmed individually and carefully edited to keep the quality beautiful. Whether or not you purchase a video, the items in your order are still prepared with the same care and are chosen based on your preferences.

If the Scoop Video add-on is sold out, that usually means the current wait time is already quite long over 2 weeks. If you do not mind waiting longer and really want a video, you can leave a note in the checkout note box 💕

If you did not purchase a scoop video, most orders are packed and shipped to our international shipping partner within 3–7 business days. Once processed by the carrier, your package will be sent to your country.Though timing may vary by a few days depending on each order.
